This site was originally started in January 2018 and relaunched in 2025 with a new focus on holistic health.

The information that I write about is aimed at women who are struggling emotionally, often juggling work, family, and personal responsibilities, and who may be struggling with weight or deeper emotional challenges like stress, anxiety and low self-worth.

My name is Linda and for many years I have struggled with anxiety and weight problems.

What you will find in this site are some of the things that have helped me over the years.

My aim is to help you to feel better about yourself and to show you how you can use holisitc methods to improve your overall health and well-being.

I do not recommend traditional diets, as I have found them to be short term fixes where I have lost weight, but then put it back on. This has not been helpful.

I have learnt that looking at my problems in a more holistic manner has been key to helping me.

Simply concentrating on my anxiety or my weight doesn't really work.

I will introduce you to ways that you can use to improve your mind at the same time as improving your body, helping you to feel more relaxed and more at ease with yourself.
