Get fit and play with the kids

Playing with the kids is a great way to get fit.

Get down to the park and join them running about or playing a game.

The average person does not exercise enough, so a quick run around the park is going to solve that for you.

Kids can also help you to think more positively about yourself and your world.

They look at life as one big advebture, always willing to try something new.

 

Maybe we should all take a leaf out of their book and try to explore more, take positive points of view.

Next time your child wants to jump in a puddle, don't stop them, join them!!

Learn to re-develop that inner child in you.

Look at the world in a more positive way and see if you start to feel better.
