Motivational Shopping

Woke up this morning, and my get up and go, had got up and went.

I just couldn't seem to find the will to start on my routine.

Some days you just can't seem to get the motivation to exercise.

Today, I went shopping instead.

I didn't actually buy anything major.

I just went to take a look at what's there.

I made sure that my step counter was active on my phone and just went out.

You wouldn't believe the number of steps you can get from doing this.

Did you know that walking 10,000 steps a day burns about 300 calories?

Walking around a shopping centre or even your local store could bring your step count up nicely.

This is a great way to to get exercise into your day.

Even when, like me today, you don't really feel like it.
