Get off the Bus!!

Most days I travel by bus.

Going shopping, going to visit or meet friends.

Sometimes, when I know that I haven't come close to achieving my daily step count, I get off a stop or two early.

This is a great way to get some extra exercise.

Have you set a step count for yourself?

This is agreat way to help you get exercise and also help you to think more clearly.

I find that a walk helps me think problems through and also helps me to sleep at night.

I also use walking to listen to music and audio books.
