Many peolpe do, I certainly used to
But I know now that this can simply increase your stress levels.
When we eat to try to reduce our stress levels, we usually go for sweet foods
This increases the sugar and fat levels in our bodies and guess what?
This can increase our anxiety.
Having better knowledge of what food can do for you can really help you.
Knowing what foods are good for you and which are not.
Knowing how to change your lifestyle to reduce your anxiety and stress.
