Setting goals

Sometimes setting a goal can be as easy as saying 'I need to get x done, so lets get started',

Sometimes the x that needs done is too difficult to achieve though, so where do you start?

Yesterday I mentioned setting goals.

There are tasks that are just too big to manage in one shot.

Sorting your diet, exercise and mental health goals can sometimes feel
like climbing the mountain shown in the picture below.

 

 

Thats why you should chop these tasks into smaller pieces that you can manage.

You don't have to jump into a diet straight away, start by cutting out snacks between meals.

Start to exercise by simply walking more.

Start to think more positively about things, don't let peole get you down.
