I used to just eat whatever I wanted.
In fact I usually over-ate.
Which is part of how I discovered the eating habits and exercises on this site.
I was, frankly, overweight and stressed.
I ate for comfort, without any thought for how it was affecting me.
I have since found out that many of the foods I ate were simply increasing my anxiety.
Did you know that food can increase anxiety?
