At Better Bodies and Mind, I will help you to change your diet using the concepts of the Paleo diet.
The diet that I encourage is like the Paleo diet, which uses plant based proteins, but it also includes Whole Grain foods that are proven to be healthy for you, but are normally excluded from the Paleo diet.
This type of diet has been proven to improve anxiety levels as well as allow you to lose weight.
I also encourage increased exercise levels, which are also proven to improve anxiety levels and general mental health.
