At Better Bodies and Mind, I will help you to change your diet using the concepts of the Paleo diet.

The diet that I encourage is like the Paleo diet, which uses plant based proteins, but it also includes Whole Grain foods that are proven to be healthy for you, but are normally excluded from the Paleo diet.

This type of diet has been proven to improve anxiety levels as well as allow you to lose weight.

I also encourage increased exercise levels, which are also proven to improve anxiety levels and general mental health.

A Few Words About Us

Better Bodies and Minds have been Functioning for Almost 0 Years

This site was originally started in January 2018 and relaunched in 2024 with new advice for weight loss, exercise and mindfullness.

My name is Linda Duguid and for many years I have struggled with anxiety and weight problems.

What you will find in this site are some of the things that have helped me over the years,
now I am not saying that these are perfect solutions, but they have helped me and hopefully they can help you too.

My aim is to help you to feel better about yourself at the same time as helping you to get fitter.

I help you to achieve this by giving you the information that you need to improve your eating habits and increase your exercise levels.

This is not a diet program for rapid weight loss. It is a program that includes a diet to help you to feel better both mentally and physically.

What the program encourages is better eating at main meals, cutting out snacking between meals, and increasing your exercise levels.
